Family Day at the Festival: Fun for the Whole Family on Sunday!
Sunday, July 5th from 11:00am to 7:00pm is Family Day at the Kincardine Scottish Festival & Highland Games — a day designed with kids (and kids at heart) in mind. Set in beautiful Victoria Park, it's the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable festival weekend.
A Full Day of Family-Friendly Activities
There's no shortage of things to keep the little ones entertained:
- Bouncy Castle — bounce the energy out!
- Petting Zoo — get up close with some furry friends
- Complimentary Face Painting — get creative, free of charge
- Gladiator Inflatable Jousting — a fan-favourite for some friendly competition
- No-Ice Curling — try your hand at Canada's favourite winter sport, no ice required
- Kids Games & Crafts — hours of hands-on fun
- Dancing to the Live Music — let the whole family move to the sounds of the festival
- Photo Booth — capture the memories with you and your family
- Whimsy Works — spot some magical characters throughout the park, pose for some pictures!
A Safe, Comfortable Place for Families
Victoria Park offers a safe, welcoming environment for families to relax and enjoy everything the festival has to offer. The park features easy access for strollers and a beautiful tree canopy for shade throughout the day. Please note that pets are not permitted in the park.

Music All Day Long
Family Day also features live music throughout the afternoon, including performances from Schiehallion, Glengarry Bhoys, Hotel California (Eagles Tribute), and Tanglefoot. Check out the full festival schedule to plan your day.
