On November 11, 2023, in association with the local Kincardine Legion, the Scottish Festival laid a wreath, as we do each year, reinforcing our community's commitment to honoring those who have fought for our freedoms, and as a symbol of the unbreakable bond between our community and its history.You can also watch back the ceremony here
